Refunds & Cancellations
Payment is required upon registration to secure your place in the training. In case the training is full, a waitlist will be maintained. If you cancel your registration three weeks prior to the training, Mindful Journey Center, LLC will issue a full refund minus a $65.00 processing fee. Cancellations within two weeks of the training will result in a refund of half the fee, or you may choose to apply this amount to a future training session with Mindful Journey Center, LLC. Exceptions to this policy are limited to medically documented circumstances or family bereavements. Failure to attend without prior notification (no-shows) will not qualify for a refund.
Participants are allowed one transfer to a later training date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled session, your registration will be considered forfeited. A new registration fee will be required for future training dates. Rescheduling requests should be made no later than two weeks before the training date. Requests made with less than three weeks' notice will be treated as cancellations and are subject to the afore mentioned policy.
Please note that training fees and registrations are not transferable between different organizations associated with the Institute for Creative Mindfulness. If you are unable to attend a training session offered by Mindful Journey Center, you will need to cancel your current registration and re-register with an alternative training provider.
Mindful Journey Center, LLC reserves the right to cancel any in-person training due to public health concerns or COVID-19 safety precautions. An online training option may be provided as an alternative. In the event of a cancellation, or if you choose not to participate in the online training, you have the option to transfer to a different training session or receive a refund.
